1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are the company which is the joint of trade and industry. We have independent import and export rights, and we have a factory covering an area of 2 acres in Yongkang.
2.What is the process of working with you?
Typically, after the customer selects the type of photography they need, we will quote based on the customer's packaging requirements and order quantity. Once the price is confirmed, we will start making samples according to the customer's customized requirements and designs. After the customer confirms the samples, they place an order and pay a deposit. We will then begin executing the order and deliver according to the agreed timeline. After the customer settles the final payment, we will arrange for shipment.
3.Could you make the customized design?
Yes.Please provide the sample or logo sketcheswe will assist you.
4.What will be sample and order delivery time?
Sample delivery day is 7-10 days for ready-made frame and cosmetic artwork design while order delivery day is 30-45 days.
5.Can you do product design for me?
Yes,we can provide product design, development, and prototyping services based on the client's ideas.
6.What types of payment methods and payment terms do you accept?
We accept payment methods such as wire transfer, letters of credit, and PayPal.
For payment terms, we accept a 30% deposit and 70% payment against B/L. For clients who have been cooperating for more than 2 years, we offer a payment term of 30-40 days after shippment.
